Last Part 4

Casa De Pico

Yum, yum, yum!!!!!!!!!! I usually wouldn't order a chimichanga because i always thought it was weird to deep fry a burrito, but when i saw the description of this seafood chimichange i had to order it. It has plump shrimp, and pieces of fish, with a creamy sauce on top, on the side there was rice, beans, and guacamole. the food was so good, and i also had a strawberry margarita that was so tasty i didn't taste the alcohol and they're known for their big cup sizes for the margarita.

Part 3 Lucha Libre taco shop

This taco shop has gotten good reviews and has even been on the man vs. food show for one of their famous burritos California burrito or surf in turf burrito, that has steak, shrimp, french fries, and avocado. The burrito was good, but i couldn't taste the fries they were to bland, the shrimp was good, and the size of the steak was good. the burrito is really big i couldn't finish it. the taco shop atmosphere is like a wrestling theme they have a "Champion’s Booth" where you can sit only if you’ve made a 24 hour reservation. The food is pretty good and the workers are nice, but i do have to say the place isn't very clean, i saw a lot of flies which kinda killed my appetite.

San Diego Trip Part 2

This last trip to Karinas Mexican/seafood I went to the Encinitas, CA location. I usually go to the El Cajon, CA location.in encinitas i ordered two carne asada tacos with corn tortilla were very good they had the steak, salsa, and guacamole the meat was tender and the salsa, and guacamole were fresh. I love Karinas but I like the location in El Cajon more because its more of a restaurant and has more items on the menu, the one in Encinitas is a mini taco shop. when you go to the El Cajon order the shrimp and steak molcaejte its my favorite its in a warmed stone bowl with melted cheese, steak and shrimp, and you put it in a tortilla.

Star of India

I know the picture isn't good quality, but the food is great!

Best Indian food I've ever had!
We ordered, Panner nan which is a soft bread with cheese and spices, Chicken Korma is Tender, boneless chicken with spices in a creamy curry sauce, Chicken Saag Boneless chicken with creamed spinach and spices. they have a spice chart level 1-10 and i asked for a 7 and it was perfect spice and great flavor, the people were very friendly we got their 10 minutes before they closed and they let us in and served us. I wish they had more locations closer to me in LA!
